Well Said,

the innovations comes with challenges and we are evolving to a much better service as a result of these challenges.

Businesses have emerged and grown because of this innovation, we embrace, those who have taken a challenge and built a business case to bring value on top of the existing offering.

We will continue to challenge those who are taking advantage of others and use the infrastructure to take advantage of those who know less about the products and services.

We will continue to provide education about this life changing products and services and ensure that our customers are well aware of our product offering, Keeping it simple is the way to go, protecting the user is a priority to us.

Thank you Gitau,

The fulfillment of life's desire is to make a difference in others life, I am glad to be part of this great movement in the region, especially making a difference to lives of people we live with, people we know of their daily lives the life we ourselves have living.

There are many more people who have made this transformation a reality, most of who are not originally from our beautiful region and I express my sincere gratitude to them for their great work.

It is such a blessing to receive comments like yours appreciating the difference that this innovation brings to us and to those who will come after us, making life more meaningful.

We still have a lot of work to do, bringing financial inclusion to every living soul at the most competitive price and convenience never experience before.

Great Job Ephraim the effort that you put in Financial inclusion initiative in Tanzania can not be over emphasized here, you really did good job and now we are proud that you are spreading the word. I always tell guys who come to us that the it is impossible to come up with a global definition of FI inclusion, it all includes a lot of factors.
Mpesa in Kenya was a success story on day one because financial education was already high in Tanzania it took time to make a guy who all the time was made to understand that banking business is for elites only to accept using e-money for transferring fund. But, great you did it man!
Congratulations and keep it up!

Excellent summary Ephraim. You are doing a great job and we are proud of your contribution. It is your company that has given us the financial inclusion leadership within the region that we can humbly boast of. Your humility in accepting that it has not always been rosy as mistakes have happened but you have corrected them backstage without any interruption to our enjoyment of the great service is to say the least, touching. Your company's services touch everybody in the country in one way or the other.

On another note, thank you for representing us so well and graciously in this most important global conference. We recognize the humility with which those more knowledgeable about financial inclusion listened to your contribution making us realize along the way that we can learn from any quarter what we are inadequate in.

Definitely health insurance is during one's life cycle and we should appreciate the viewpoint of poor.I had introduced such health insurance plan in Regional Rural Bank, involving a public sector company plus education grant for children with subsidised premium tho a life insurance company.Innovations are needed in premium renewals, servicing to make it user-friendly for both.
Probably, for a lighter remark, while selling insurance policy, instead of telling that if you die, better say someone who is insured..........may make some difference

Investment in educating the illiterate and less literate customers over the usage of mobile technology for financial inclusion agenda is extremely important and the author has rightly highlighted this while concluding the article. The fraudsters move faster than the intended consumers and building safety walls within the full knowledge of customers is extremely important.
