In my opinion, greed is something that can affect any industry, including microfinance. However, when I look around and see all of the dedicated organizations and practitioners that are committed to microfinance and poverty reduction, I know that their vision has not been corrupted.

Instead, I think the original vision for microfinance has grown and transformed (for example, towards global financial inclusion).
