This is an impressive and important contribution to the knowledge base of the field and will help people new to it get up to speed quicker. Thanks to the CFI for taking this initiative. I have recommended that we use this in Grameen Foundation's employee and volunteer orientation materials. Some may argue about the definitions and that debate is healthy and could lead to a second edition. Very good to get something out there -- kudos to the CFI team!
